  • Episode 3: In Which the Ophelia Monologue is Actually Hamlet's
    May 13 2021
DENMARK AND DICE EPISODE 3: IN WHICH THE OPHELIA MONOLOGUE IS ACTUALLY HAMLET’S

We always knew that Hamlet was a triple-threat writer-director-actor. “Speak the speech,” right? What we didn’t know is that no one really cares. The Players don’t need a new script from some novice cause they’re hip on all the current top Shakespeare hits. Luckily, the Ophelia monologue puts things back on track. Ophelia always has a plan. One that, in fact, involves Claudius. Which is good, yes?

Things go waaaaaay of course and then back again in Episode 3 of Denmark and Dice, the new D&D inspired podcast.

  • Episode 2: In Which Horatio, Hamlet and Ophelia Plot to Continue Plotting Their Plot
    Feb 12 2021
DENMARK AND DICE EPISODE 2: IN WHICH HORATIO, HAMLET AND OPHELIA PLOT TO CONTINUE PLOTTING THEIR PLOT

Though this be madness… (and, yes, it IS madness–seriously–DnD Hamlet???) we continue with our method in’t. What if Horatio and Ophelia were actually helping Hamlet in putting their ‘antic disposition on?’ What if the three banded together to baffle the people around them? And what if Horatio, Paulina and Claudius were trapped in a wardrobe together while Hamlet and Ophelia feigned a break up?

The dice diverts and the plotters plot in Episode 2 of Denmark and Dice, the new D&D inspired podcast.

Follow the entire series: listen to Episode 1 of Denmark and Dice, wherever you listen to podcasts.

  • A New DnD Podcast: Denmark & Dice Trailer
    Dec 14 2020
What do you get when you cross a tiefling cleric, a half-elf druid and a human warlock, who is way too obsessed with philosophy? A new DnD podcast based on Hamlet, obviously. Without delay, we urge you to mark Dec 24th on your calendar, the day that Denmark & Dice premieres wherever you listen to podcasts.

A DnD PODCAST BASED ON HAMLET

You've seen a lot of Shakespeare plays where everything happens exactly as it is supposed to, haven't you? After all, that is part of the appeal. Well, buckle up baby, we’re about to mess with Hamlet. So much for that dude droning on about death. Now, with D&D in the mix, it is spicier than ever. For instance, there are Natural 20s, critical fails and magic swords to liven up the old plot line. Follow our main characters (Horatio, Ophelia and Hamlet) as they navigate the familiar world of murder, madness and mayhem. Basically, we've already piqued your interest.
