I share how to flip the script on negative self-talk and start building confidence from within. Instead of waiting until you hit a goal weight to feel capable, you can decide right now that you belong. Your actions then become reinforcement, not the starting point.
We also dig into the complicated history many of us have with dieting, body image, and outside commentary. The truth is that untangling this takes time, but once you decide to connect with yourself first, you can rewrite your entire story.
