  • Owning Your Voice, Unapologetically with Kitchen Killa Lisa
    Mar 31 2026

What happens when you stop caring what people think—and start saying exactly what everyone else is too afraid to?

This episode sits down with Lisa, better known as Kitchenkillalisa, the unapologetic, wildly relatable creator who built a viral following in her 60s by telling the truth: about aging, weight loss, beauty, and confidence.

Lisa shares how her journey through major weight loss, cosmetic procedures, and life transitions didn’t just change how she looks—it completely reshaped how she shows up. Her mindset? Unfiltered, fearless, and rooted in the belief that strangers on the internet don’t get to define your worth.

But this isn’t just a social media success story.

After being unexpectedly fired from her corporate job, Lisa found herself at a crossroads—and instead of shrinking, she leaned all the way in. What started as casual TikToks turned into a platform that’s opened doors she never imagined, from brand deals to once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

In this conversation, we get real about:

    • What confidence actually looks like (and how to build it at any age)
    • The truth behind weight loss, Botox, and doing what feels right for you
    • Letting go of fear, judgment, and the need for approval
    • Reinventing your life when you least expect it
    • Why it’s never too late to go all in on yourself

Lisa is proof that the most powerful thing you can be is yourself: loudly, messily, and without apology.

  • Building a Brand That Fits with Hayley Segar
    Mar 17 2026

Entrepreneur Hayley Segar joins Christina to share the story behind building One with Swim, the company known for its simple promise: swimwear that fits like underwear.

Hayley opens up about the long road from idea to launch, explaining how a moment of frustration with uncomfortable swimwear in 2019 sparked the concept. What followed was more than two years of research, development, and learning how to build a business from the ground up.

The conversation also explores what happened after Hayley appeared on Shark Tank, where she secured a deal with Barbara Corcoran and Jamie Kern Lima. She shares what the experience was really like behind the scenes, including the months-long wait between filming and the episode airing.

Hayley and Christina also discuss the mindset required to build something new, the importance of maintaining boundaries as a founder, and the small habits—like daily walking—that support long-term wellbeing while running a business.

Looking ahead, Hayley shares how she’s shifting the brand beyond her personal identity and using years of customer data to guide the next phase of growth.

    About Hayley
Hayley Segar is the founder of onewith, the brand behind the patented swimsuits that fit like underwear®. Hayley launched onewith after a lightbulb moment in 2019: "I just want a swimsuit that fits like my favorite no-show underwear." That one sentence sparked a category-creating idea that changed everything.

Since launching in 2021, Hayley has grown onewith from a self-funded startup into a viral, size-inclusive swimwear brand, celebrated for its dig-free, elastic-free, edgeless design. In 2025, she pitched the brand on Shark Tank and secured a deal with 2 Sharks, further cementing onewith as a standout solution in an oversaturated industry. That same year, onewith was also granted a utility patent for their category-creating swim.

  • Are Busy Friends Actually Better Friends?
    Mar 16 2026

This week on Anything But Average Mondays, Brittany and Christina are back with one of those conversations that starts with spilled coffee and somehow ends up in a very real conversation about friendship, capacity, busy seasons, and the pressure we put on ourselves.

They dive into the question: Are busy friends better friends?
And like most real-life conversations, the answer isn’t black and white.

From packed schedules and changing priorities to how friendship looks in different seasons of life, this episode is a reminder that being busy does not make someone a better friend — and being unavailable sometimes does not make someone a bad one either.

They also chat about travel life, being present in different environments, rest, relationships, screenshot chaos, eating habits when you’re home alone, simple protein-packed meals, and why so many women need to stop judging themselves so harshly.

This one feels like sitting in on a real girlfriend conversation — honest, funny, relatable, and full of little reminders we all need.

  • The Mindset That Changes How You Make Decisions
    Mar 10 2026

What would you do if you were already the person you’re trying to become?

In this episode, I share a quick personal update and a mindset shift that’s been shaping the way I make decisions in both business and life.

I open up about a recent health challenge, including a herniated L5 and lumbar spine degeneration, and the unexpected loss of my long-time chiropractor. While surgery has been suggested, I’m focused on healing through other approaches and staying committed to recovery.

Then we dive into the concept of “acting as if.” It’s a powerful decision-making filter: make choices from the perspective of the person you want to become, not just where you are today.

I share how I use this with leaders who are scaling their businesses, as well as a personal moment where I realized I wasn’t following my own advice when hiring marketing support. One simple question challenged me to step back into alignment with the version of myself I’m working toward.

If you’ve been hesitating on a decision or waiting for the “right time,” this episode will give you a simple mindset shift to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
