Today, we address a listener's question about avoiding dairy, if she is not lactose intolerant and doesn't have an allergy or sensitivity to milk products. Her mother had multiple fractures in her late 80's and this woman now has osteoporosis as well. She was told to avoid dairy, as it's inflammatory.
