Her mother had multiple fractures in her late 80's and this woman now has osteoporosis as well. She was told to avoid dairy, as it's inflammatory.

We debunk the misinformation and help provide some information for her to make better, more informed choices about calcium-rich foods and fluids, and to aim for food first instead of relying on supplements for her nutritional requirements.
