After a week's break for Easter to recharge our batteries (unlike Peter's car), we are back with a new episode, where Debra and Peter discuss health and the importance of sharing information (especially between Trustees, Chairs, and Executives) as well as the value of asking challenging questions.

As the cricket season progresses and Peter's team is unfortunately underperforming, Peter asks Debra how to approach these leadership situations and how to find the balance between challenge and support and Debra provides a key recommendation: LEARN, ADAPT, and EVOLVE.
