Leakage, pain with intimacy, or chronic back pain are signals that something is out of balance, and they are often highly treatable with the right care.A proactive approach to health can prevent long-term decline. By focusing on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management, individuals can reduce dysfunction before it escalates into more serious conditions. The pelvic floor is part of a larger pressure management system in the body. When core muscles, breath mechanics, or alignment are off, the pelvic floor often compensates, leading to pain, tightness, or weakness over time.Chronic stress keeps the nervous system in fight-or-flight mode, which can worsen pain and dysfunction. Learning to regulate the nervous system through vagal nerve support helps restore balance and healing.True healing goes beyond physical treatment. Creating a safe space for patients to feel heard, validated, and hopeful is often the turning point in their recovery journey. “Sometimes just being the person that can sit there and listen and you know, let them know that there is hope and that, you know, they're in a safe space, and that just reassure that they will get better.” - Deanna MarrConnect with Deanna Marr:Website: https://restorativesolutionsfl.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/deannamarr/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/RestorativeSolutionsFL/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/restorativesolutions Connect with Dante Royster:Website: https://www.danteroyster.com/Epic Mortgage Website: Epic Mortgage, Inc.
