Dealing With Hate

All of us will have to deal with hate at one point in our lives. Whether we are on the receiving end, or witness it happen to someone else.

For this special episode, ex-football player and Love Music Hate Racism ambassador Paul Canoville joins The Manor to discuss the racist abuse he was subjected to during his playing career, as well as advice on how we can arm ourselves against it - at the football, online and down the pub.

Love Island’s Samira Mighty also visits the studio, sharing her experiences of reality TV, highlighting how the spotlight can leave you vulnerable to online hate.
