At a prestigious Catholic boarding school, students Kat and Rose are staying behind while the rest of their piers and teachers are going away for a week long break.

There is a foreboding presence among them, and as the time passes on Kat's behavior becomes far more bizarre and Rose is getting the sneaking suspicion that she is no longer safe.

Meanwhile, a mysterious woman named Joan is traveling to the school after escaping a mental institution, she happens upon a kindly married couple also heading there and as all of these stories converge, the term "heads will roll" definitely applies.
