Tara and her friend Dawn are heading home after a fun Halloween night of drinking and parties but after a brief late-night pizza stop they encounter Art the Clown! The vibes are off and the two women will end up in a nightmarish world of torture, death and clown based mayhem! Tara's sister, Victoria is en route to pick the women up but is her fate just as sealed as theirs?
