Fr. Mike focuses on the prophet Jeremiah’s continued sorrow and explains how lying prophets bring forth destruction. He invites us to examine what lies in our lives are bringing destruction. We also continue reading about Ezekiel’s vision, and see the glory of the Lord return to the temple. Today’s readings are Jeremiah 14-15, Ezekiel 43-44, and Proverbs 15:13-16. Praying

Fr.Mike,
I try to listen to your podcast daily as I ride my bike each morning. Some times when you repeat, daily, I tend to ignore what you are saying. Yesterday I was involved in a cycling accident. I received a few scraps and bruises when I was thrown off the sidewalk into the bike lane of a very busy street. I could have been disastrous. I believe that Your podcast had just reached the point of asking for us to pray for each other and you would pray for us. I truly believe that I am able to write to you, because the Lord had shielded me from the traffic. I am not a practicing Catholic, but enjoy listening to, learning about and working toward being a faithful follower of Christ.
