Davina Devine loves Prisoner X Channel 4's Greatest Achievement

This week on Tellybox, Emma and Jen are joined by their fabulous friend, and drag-queen spectacular Davina Devine, as she speaks about her favourite TV show of all time: Prisoner: Cell Block H. A low budget cam cult-classic, the Australian prison soap opera saw petty thieves thrown in amongst child murderers, glueing Davina to her screen every night giving her the tools and skills that would later serve her well in conquering Dublin’s feisty drag-scene.

Jen and Emma discuss some of TV’s most disappointing endings as Lost, Pop Idol season 1 and Game Of Thrones all get honourable mentions in this week’s Tellytalks.

Finally, Emma and Jen deep-dive into Channel’s 4’s new beautiful and tragic mini-series It’s As Sin, which depicts the stories of three gay friends living through the 80’s Aids epidemic in London, losing those they love around them.
