Darrell Wonge (Former Pro Basketball Star): On Pivoting Into a Creative Career

Darrell Wonge grew up in New York's rich basketball culture, earning a college scholarship before travelling around the world playing the game he loved. That was until a devastating injury forced an unexpected career detour. But through a series of events, Wonge was inspired to teach himself photography and cinematography, so the point where he now works as a full-time Creative Director.

Throughout our interview, Wonge discusses the trash-talking culture of New York basketball courts, his journeys playing around the globe, and how his experiences influence his creative direction today.
