Dark Ambient for Sleep is transmitting soundscapes in the lower frequencies. Consisting of repeating patterns with no surprises. The sounds of the deep and endless slumber; in the monotone the mind can wander into worlds, deconstructing and reconstructing meaning. I made this podcast for my self, not being able to find any podcasts without high frequency bells (which is great for mornings, meditation, relaxation, study/focus, etc. - but not, for me, deep sleep).
