Danielle DeMatteo (she/her) is the founder & Artistic Director of SheNYC, a nonprofit focused on fighting for gender equity in the entertainment industry.

Also a writer/composer, photographer, and creative director, Danielle takes us through her career journey, what she’s learned of 10 years of SheNYC, and what she feels hopeful about when it comes to fighting for more equitable workspaces in entertainment.
