Sometimes you can adjust your schedule and keep things going. Other times it makes more sense to prioritize a few actions and accept that you will not do it all. And some days, the best choice for your long term headspace is to set fitness goals aside and start fresh tomorrow. The important thing is that you are the one making the decision. You own it, and you move forward.
