Acerca de esta escucha

Our daily prayer services are an annual meditation during the Lenten season at First Presbyterian Church of Allentown. The services are originally posted as 2-8 minute video on our YouTube and Facebook pages. Each of the 40 days has a question for reflection followed by a prayer. By lifting up our stories, our entire community of faith get to better know our people. Our 2025 Lenten Theme is "Everything [in] Between: Meeting God in the Midst of Extremes" from A Sanctified Art.First Presbyterian Church Allentown Cristianismo Espiritualidad Ministerio y Evangelismo

What were you taught about humility? Were you taught that it was thinking about yourself less, thinking of others more, or something in between?

Join Ed Noga as he reflects on the humility learned through life's changing seasons. He'll remind us of the importance of taking time to build up those around us who might otherwise be overlooked.

As we head into this Maundy Thursday evening, a night marked by Jesus's ultimate act of humble service, let's also reflect on his agony, knowing the sacrifice he was about to make to save us from our sins.

This year's theme is "Everything [in] Between" inspired by "A Sanctified Art".
