I have been listening to this podcast for years. Mary Meckley has helped me get through so many things from postpartum depression, severe anxiety and depression, and figuring out what I really want in my life, and so much more beyond these things. I'm so grateful that she puts out episodes every single day, and every single day I look forward to her meditations.
