They are mostly science fiction and fantasy based, because that’s what my kids like. Each episode is a 15-30 minute story followed by white noise to drown out distractions. The character always ends up back in bed, doing a short mindful relaxation exercise to help them off to sleep (if they aren’t there already). Get those kids to sleep!

Calming and imaginative

I love how the story is interesting but also soothing enough to fall asleep to. I play it at .8x speed to slow it down a bit further but I always fall asleep before the end of the episode. (Also, am a 34 F and hubby is 41 M we listen at bedtime every night). Keep it up. I really enjoy this series!!
