DAMI ROELSE, was born and raised in Holland and has travelled extensively around the world, lived on different continents, and studied with various spiritual teachers. Dami has used her passion for long-distance hiking and backpacking to deepen her connection with nature and the universe. Her inner spiritual journey has evolved right along with her outer journey. In her new book, "Body and Grace: A Woman's Hike to Wholeness on the Pacific Crest Trail", she talks about her inner calling for long-distance walking and the impact on her emotional, spiritual and physical life. We talk about her ten-year on/off trek across the Pacific Crest Trail from wilderness challenges to dealing with grief after the loss of her husband.
