  • Russ Kohler of Heber Valley Artisan Cheese stopped by the studio to talk about the Baby Animal Days this weekend at their farm in Midway.

    There will be a lot of farm activities for kids and adults.  Plus tons and tons of cheese.  

    Heber Valley Cheese wins awards across the country.  They are among the very best cheese makers.  We're lucky to have them in Utah.

    The Kohler family has been in the dairy business for four generations.  Their family first came to Midway all the way from Switzerland.  They're one of the families celebrated in Midway's annual Swiss Days Celebration.
