Cup Of Cat - E18 - Lessons 2023 Taught Me

On this weeks episodes I get into some of the lessons I came to learn throughout the year.

From making sure I'm checking in with myself on a physical as well as on an emotional level. The realisation that everyone's life is worth sharing. Overcoming self-doubt. Taking actions at face value which led me to be more deliberate in my choices and have a clearer vision of what I want my life to look like.

Wether you got through the last year with tons of growth or wether you just managed to survive I am proud of you.
