Cultivation

In my leadership series, with key point # 2, listen as I inform you how to cultivate the environment you NEED and WANT as a leader for your TEAM. These are not gimmicks, tricks, or manipulation tactics. These are real, God fearing principles that you will need as a Christian leader!

As a leader, some important questions you will ask yourself are; “Am I cultivating a healthy environment ? or “am I cultivating a toxic environment?”.

As a christian and as a leader, we never want to cultivate an environment that’s toxic. This is different from when subordinates do not like you out of jealousy or pettiness, this cultivating a true heart a true leader!
