Cryogenics and souls frozen in time?

A Metro article published by Josh Layton focused on a man in the U.K. who wants to freeze himself after death at the Cryonics Institute in the U.S. state of Michigan. According to a Fox 10 news article by Jackie Ibanez, a facility in Scottsdale, Arizona is currently housing 200 deceased people who are undergoing cryogenics, with the hope to "reanimate" and revive them when technology can one day bring them back to life. If this works, what does this all say about the existence of the human soul?
