Crimes Without Conviction: Innocence Lost – the murder of D'anna Olley

Before he was the Chief of Police, Steve Ignacio spent several years as an investigator with the Guam Police Department's Criminal Investigation Section. He recalls the afternoon he received a phone call to respond to a neighborhood in Yigo to assist with the search for a 4-year-old girl named D'anna Olley. For several hours police scoured the Marianas Terrace neighborhood until they made a shocking discovery.

More than 25 years ago a 4-year-old girl was raped and murdered and no one has ever been convicted of the monstrous crime. Sabrina Salas Matanane takes a closer look at this case in her podcast “Crimes without Conviction”.
