  • THE UNSOLVED MADISON SCOTT CASE
    Apr 15 2026

On Friday, May 27, 2011, Madison Scott went camping at Hogsback Lake with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. On Saturday night, a larger party occurred with people coming and going into the early hours. By Sunday morning, everyone had left the area and Maddy was missing.

Her truck remained at the site, her tent had been flattened, and her belongings including her sleeping bag and purse were left behind. There were no clear signs of where she went.

The case remained a mystery until 2023, when human remains were discovered on a nearby rural property and later identified as Madison Scott. Since this discovery, no arrests have been made and very little is known about the circumstances of her disappearance.

In this episode, we examine the parties, the conflicting timelines, the unsettling scene at her campsite, and the discovery that brought some answers but not closure.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the RCMP at 778-290-5291 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.

  • THE DISAPPEARANCE OF LIAM TOMAN
    Apr 8 2026

In the early hours of February 2, 2025, 22-year-old Liam Toman went missing during a ski weekend at Mont Tremblant. Shortly after 3 a.m., he left a nearby bar and began the brief walk back to his hotel.

CCTV footage shows him moving through the resort village, appearing to head toward his hotel. Yet despite multiple cameras along the route, there is no record of him ever entering the building. One final moment—taking place just steps from where he was staying—is where the timeline stops.

His phone stayed active for around 15 hours, connecting to a nearby cell tower in the resort area, but it was never recovered. Seven weeks later, his wallet was discovered near a parking lot close to his last known location.

Extensive searches yielded nothing further—no belongings, no trail, and no explanation for what happened in those final moments.

In this episode, we explore the verified timeline, the eerie CCTV footage of his last movements, the people who may have been the last to see him, and the possible scenarios for how Liam Toman disappeared without a trace.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact the Sûreté du Québec at 1-800-659-4264 and anyone who was in Mont-Tremblant from January 31-February 3, 2025 is asked to check their photos, videos, dashcams, home security, and conversations for anything that could help.

  • THE DANGERS OF ONLINE DATING: BRIANNA JANKAUSKAS, GRACE MILLANE AND "OPERATION FIREBALL"
    Mar 18 2026

This week, we examine the murders of Brianna Jankauskas and Grace Millane — two women in opposite parts of the world who went on dates with men they met online and never made it home. Tragically, what began as routine first dates quickly turned into criminal investigations and a pursuit of justice for their families.

We also discuss "Operation Fireball", a terrifying look into a possible human-trafficking tactic that was launched after several women across the US experienced similarly eerie occurrences during a first date from a dating app.

These three cases reveal how quickly a simple match can turn into something far more dangerous.

    Mar 11 2026

In February 2008, 24-year-old real estate agent Lindsay Buziak walked into a luxury home showing in Victoria, British Columbia… and never walked out.

The suspects vanished without a trace.

    Mar 4 2026

*This episode contains audio clips from real 911 calls and brief mentions of sexual assault that may be disturbing. Listener discretion is strongly advised*

This week, as we mark the fifth anniversary of our very first episode, we examine five deeply distressing 911 calls — harrowing moments captured on tape, and in one case, a moment that led to rescue.

We begin with the haunting disappearance of Anthonette Cayedito, whose brief and heartbreaking call may have been her only chance of escape. Then, we examine the shocking emergency call connected to serial killer Shawn Grate, where a captive victim risked everything to whisper for help.

Next, we revisit the mysterious 911 call made by Shannan Gilbert, a case that would later expose the horrors tied to the Long Island Serial Killer investigation. We also analyze the frantic and cryptic call from Brandon Lawson, whose words sparked years of debate and chilling theories. Finally, we cover the harrowing abduction of Denise Lee, whose desperate pleas for help reveal how seconds can mean the difference between life and death.
