Let’s talk about the “shoulds”.

The word “should” needs to be banned from vocabulary not only in our personal lives but certainly when it comes to business.

At the time of this recording….it’s March Madness basketball season here in the states.

If you listen closely, you can hear the sound of brackets busting all over the place!

While I am not a huge college basketball fan, I do enjoy watching the March Madness tournament. Schools I have never heard of show up and beat the pants off of schools everyone has heard of….it’s so exciting….it’s a freaking rollercoaster.

On the court, these players have to switch from offense to defense and back again and sometimes within seconds…..which brings me to my question for you my friend…

What game are you playing in your business?

Are you playing to score and win with awesome offensive strategies….or are you playing to protect what you have and in defense mode?
