  • The Grateful Dead Primer CLRGD #1
    Feb 10 2026

Welcom to the Grateful Dead season of Cosmic Lion Radio!!! It's the Deads 60th anniversary and Cosmic Lion Productions' 20th anniversary so we are doing whatever the hell I want, and what I want is to talk about the Grateful Dead.

This ep we go era by era and cover the Dead from 1965 to 1995. The Prime era. I go into some history, play some killer jams and lay a basic overview of the career of the greatest rock band of all time.

Also, if you want to be a part of this season you can call our hotline/voicemail and leave a message with your Dead memories, history or just a wild story. Call (818) 253-1738 and leave a message! I'll start playing them on the cast next episode. We'll go member by member and next up is Phil!

Hope you enjoy and for a much better Grateful Dead podcast listen to the official Good Ole Grateful Dead Cast here or where ever you get your podcasts: https://www.dead.net/deadcast
