In this podcast I, Carmel speak about what came up for me after we listened back to the recorded Grief podcast. I speak about my own journey through the grief of my father, our relationship, my triggers and the realisations and bodily experience I had after the grief podcast.

The podcast felt like a personal therapy session for me and just goes to show the power of talking.

This podcast looks at the huge topic of Grief, a word that can be very Big and Triggering. Grief is something that we all face at some point in our lives. We talk about the Rawness of grief, the anger in grief. And one word that Tony uses in his sessions is ‘Adaption’, adaption to the grieving process being something clients feel they can work through rather than be stuck in. We talk about grief being the presenting issue in therapy and sometimes it comes up later in the therapy journey.
