Hey everyone!

I am currently working through a number of personal meditations from November that I realize now all create a cohesive and beautiful storyline of personal growth and expansion. In this recording, I spend time specifically in conversation with my Higher Self, something I don't do nearly as often as I should. It was fun and enlightening to hear all she had for me. Do you check in with your Higher Self? If so, how often?

What I always love about my conversations most is that it's all about connecting deeply with the Divine and experiencing joy, gratitude, and love with them.

Please join me today as I begin with an activating meditation- calling the light down into our bodies and opening up our intuitive channel. From there, the most beautiful diamond/ crystal light cocoon enveloped my body. This was a new experience for me and one that I still have not forgotten. The diamond/ crystal light has been showing up now in my meditations, where previously I had never once experienced this. It is incredible. We finish the session with a beautiful message for me personally about being a frequency holder of the Sophia-Christos line. This was a powerful meditation for me and one I hope you enjoy.

"You're channeling divine wisdom and you're becoming it. You are embodying and becoming this living, breathing Divine wisdom."

Divine Mother, what is happening with this current expansion?

"It is a recalibration of stepping into your full power and standing taller and wiser in your understanding and knowing, becoming more superhuman, embodying new wisdom.

The Earth is going through a time and a phase in which her natural beauty and wonder and splendor is moving to the forefront of priority. Her lakes and her rivers and her mountains and forests are glistening and beginning to glisten and sparkle like they deserve, and how they have done in the beginning.

If things become confusing or you become confused, walk outside and just gaze up at the trees. Look at the bigger things outside of yourself - the things that are beautiful and broad. Be outside and allow your mind to drift outside of your thinking, logical self and feel into what feels right in your stomach, in your knowing center. What feels right there? What feels true? What feels like truth?

Because when your brain starts to override, starts to want to run the show, what you need to do is transition. Walk outside, observe something bigger than yourself, and breathe into your gut. Breathe into your truth center in, in your belly, and from there you'll know what feels right."

The Divine Sophia shares the concept of being like a tree, growing and expanding while tapping into the wisdom around you. What is available for us individually always comes to us, and we innately know it is right for us. Let your heart, your knowing center guide you. Become a beacon of love and illuminate hearts with your unique light.

In this session, the Divine speaks about the hidden potentials living within each and every one of us. Symbolized by the seeds inside a pickle, Spirit reveals how these seeds are metaphors for innate ideas and pathways that everyone is born with—waiting to be nurtured and grown into new opportunities. In order to tap into our highest potentials, we can choose to plant the right seeds in our life's journey to color and alter our personal landscape. We make the choice to consciously choose the experiences that enrich our lives. We each need to embrace our unique gifts and listen to the inner signals that guide us towards fulfilling our true potential.

Lastly, Black Panther joins in the conversation to remind (me)/ us of the power we all carry within. Now is the right time to embrace that power and stand fully in it!
