Considerations when buying or renting a rural home

Welcome to today's episode! We are focusing on what you need to know before renting or buying a rural home for the first time. I moved from a city of over 1,000,000 people, to a town of around 5,000 people during the pandemic in 2021 with my husband and pets. Rural living has its unique charms and challenges,and I look forward to sharing some of the things we ran into when we were making the transition.
