In this episode, Oona and I talk about our experiences in the competitive Irish dance world. We talk about a whole bunch of different topics, such as grief, self-worth and shame. We also try to focus our conversation into thinking about words and phrases that the competitive scene choose to build their culture off of and we talk about how some of those words don't fit our lived experiences.
