Imagine a warm and gentle light surrounding you, like a soft, comforting embrace. This light represents self-compassion. Visualize it filling your entire being, from head to toe.

Repeat these affirmations silently or aloud:

  • "I am deserving of love and kindness."
  • "I forgive myself for any past mistakes."
  • "I am imperfect, and that's okay."
