Daniel is currently the CEO of Tropicana Community Services and has held leadership roles across organizations such as Cecil Community Centre, Toronto Community Housing, Boys and Girls Club, Scouts Canada, and the Jamaican Canadian Association. He also teaches part-time at George Brown College and is known for his strong commitment to client-centred, community-driven work.

Daniel has served on several boards and committees, including the Ontario College of Teachers and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, and has been recognized with awards such as the United Way Leaders of Today and the Ontario Volunteer Service Award.
