Community Health Providers and Raising Money for Local Nonprofits

Aug. 24, 2025 ~ Covenant Community Care is a faith-based, federally-qualified health center in Detroit, serving nearly 20,000 residents each year with medical, dental, obstetric, and behavioral health services. Celebrating 18 years as a nationally recognized Community Health Center this August, offering a full spectrum of care for the entire family. Covenant director Joslyn Pettway joins Michigan Voices. The Roncelli Construction Company and the Roncelli Family Foundation (RFF) hosted its third Annual “Bourbon & Bags” fundraiser. Approximately 375 attendees and event sponsors helped to raise $100,000 for four local non-profit partners, including: Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, Detroit Zoological Society, The Parade Co., and YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit.
