Community Entrepreneurship a Sitdown with Dr. Mitslal

I had a fantastic conversation with Dr. Mitslal Kifleyesus Matschie, who was recently appointed as an Assistant Professor at the University of Jimma. She is now leading the creation of a new faculty for Governance and International Relations, sharing the knowledge she has accumulated throughout her career—a journey that led her from the OPCW and German politics all the way back to Ethiopia. There, she founded a social enterprise working with smallholder farmers, putting sustainability and harmony with nature at the center.
