Community, Beauty, and a Little Self-Love

We dive into the deep end with this discussion! There's so much to be said when it comes to beauty standards, the beauty and wellness industries, and how they influence our relationships with ourselves. Ultimately we talk about how society and culture have affected us and the people around us, and how we're trying to break through the conditioning and come back to self-love, even when it's messy and difficult and not perfect.
