Today, I sit down with Alex Holliman, foudner of marketing agency and B-Corporation Climbing Trees, to discuss how he was able to split his time between a growing business and a family life with a lot of requirements in its early days, including how his father-role has changes as his boys have aged, how we work with his partner to work together for the family, and how Alex teaches his boys through his mistakes, rather than by pretending there were none.
