We are starting off this communication series by sharing about what effective communication looks like. It's being able to talk to your spouse, future spouse, etc where there is understanding. Conflict sometimes arises where there is confusion, so being able to connect effectively is important. We discuss the 4 T's needed in order to have effective communication (Timing, Tone, Technique, & Truth). We hope this episode encourages you and gives you the tools needed to help you with how you communicate.
