Communication Lessons from our Children--Wisdom from our Little Dragons

Our new era of communication relies heavily on texting, messaging and emails  to communicate important and often emotional issues.
Out Little Dragons teach us that how we say something is far more important than what we say. In other words, context is more important than context. 
In this lesson, our children teach us that our intended message  comes mostly from tone of voice, body language and facial expressions and much less from the content of our words. 
If there are gaps in written communication, we as human beings fill them in with new narratives of villain, victim and helplessness. Therefore, when you have important messages to communicate--do it face to face.
