Commerce slowly returning to normal water levels; street work begins for subdivision

Commerce Mayor Teddy Reel, Jr., says the water level in the city's main water tower at City Park is very slowly returning to normal after a major water leak more than a week ago. He says as of Wednesday, the level in the tower was at 20 feet with capacity at 32 feet. He says at one point the water level was down to one foot. Citizens should minimize their use outdoor of use of water.
