    Denise and Aaron were victims of a bizarre home invasion in 2015 but the trauma they experienced didn't end there. Shoddy police work meant that Denise was held against her will for 48 hours whilst police accused Aaron of hurting her. Even after Denise was miraculously let go by the kidnappers, police still didn't believe the story and accused them publicly of making up this elaborate story.
