Colts to Keep Ballard & Steichen After Season Ends.

Many fans are going to be irate with the news, but I think it was the right one.

Injuries derailed a very promising season.

Ballard showed the aggressive side fans have waited for.

Steichen has gotten better year after year.

Still should be big moves this offseason.

Certain position coaches should be replaced.

A few players need to be traded, released, or not re-signed.
