Good Morning CoinDroppers!

Today Zach and I are talking about one of my favorite projects for PAX last year as well as a horror franchise I had no idea existed and now very badly want to go play. We ramble a bit about what we think makes a good horror game and of course Zach is on the show so you know we're gonna talk about Runescape at some point. Hope you enjoy the show!

Aether & Iron

Aether & Iron is a project I've been following since last September and ahead of their 31 March release the development team has released three dev logs talking about the game. I'm personally really looking forward to this project and if you like narrative choice driven tactical RPGs you should definitely check the game out and consider playing the demo on steam.

Remothered: Red Nun's Legacy

The third and apparently long thought abandoned game in the Remothered franchise has been announced. This is a horror franchise I was unaware of and after finding out about it I see a lot of what I love from Resident Evil and Silent hill in the bones of Remothered. I don't know about you, but I'm thinking I'll have to add this to the que.

Quick Fire News

• Esoteric Ebb is out now! a hilarious DnD inspired game where you play a Cleric who's bad at his job.
• Darkhaven's Kickstarter is struggling and at risk of failing. So if you're a fan of ARPGs and the creative minds behind Diablo 1 & 2 consider showing your support.
• Teardown has released a massive Multiplayer update that looks like chaotic greatness. Add it to the que!
• Tired of waiting for Titanfall 3? Check out ShatterRush a dev who said "F**k it I'll make it myself."
• Until Dawn remake studio Ballistic Moon has been closed down. Unfortunate but not surprising.
• Jagex is in some hot water after a price hike for membership and removal of grandfathered pricing that effects all players despite the cause being the removal of microtransactions in Runescape 3.

When AI is the Problem

Today Chris and I are discussing AI and a recently identified Resident Evil 9 review that was posted to meta critic and quickly removed when discovered as well as the recent shake up at Microsoft's Xbox that ended with Sara Bond NOT taking over as CEO of Xbox like we all thought, Instead the former head of Microsoft AI, Asha Sharma has been promoted to head of Xbox so... I guess we'll see what happens with that.

No Man's Sky

A game that never stops giving, another new update for the game that never ends. Chris updates us on the new Remnant content that has players traveling across the universe cleaning up industrial waste. Yet again Hello Games continues to iterate and give us new things to do.
