Helping Midlife Women Move Forward Again
Many midlife women aren’t starting from scratch — they’re navigating seasons where what once worked no longer fits.

I help women move out of the start-over cycle and rebuild strength, energy, and confidence with realistic fitness, nutrition, and mindset strategies that support real life.

I know what it feels like to juggle work, motherhood, and identity while wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again. At one point, I was a single mom raising two kids on $300 a month, working long hours and trying to hold everything together.

Fitness became my lifeline — the one thing that helped me feel strong, resilient, and hopeful when life felt heavy.

Over the past 35+ years, that lifeline became my mission. I’ve helped thousands of midlife women move out of the start-over cycle and find an approach that finally works for their body and their life.

    Here’s what I believe:

    Midlife isn’t a decline — it’s your turning point.
You don’t need extremes — just small steps that fit your life.
And with the right support, you can feel capable, clear, and strong at any age.
If you’re ready to stop starting over and finally find an approach that works for your body and your life, you’re in the right place.

  • Influence: Persuasion Without Pressure
    Dec 30 2025

Welcome back to Coffee and Tea with CarrieVee! I'm your host, CarrieVee — your biggest fan and fiercest cheerleader, especially when your self-belief is running on empty. This podcast is your weekly jolt of leadership, communication, confidence, clarity — and the real-life lessons in between.

In this episode, we're diving into the subtle (but powerful!) difference between persuasion and pressure. Because real influence isn’t about being louder, pushier, or more convincing. It’s about creating safety, trust, and alignment.

    Here’s what we’re unpacking:

    • Why true influence happens when people feel safe and not sold 💡
    • How framing your ideas leads to more alignment than forcing them
    • Why pressure triggers resistance (and how curiosity creates openness!)
    • The brain science behind feeling cornered — and why it shuts down connection
    • How your childhood chore chart might just be your leadership training ground 😅

You don’t have to push to persuade. You don’t have to corner to convince. Let’s shift from salesy to sincere, from pushy to powerful.

Tune in for a refreshing take on leadership and communication — and learn how to influence without pressure.

🎧 Listen now and let me know: What’s one way you plan to lead with influence instead of force this week?
