If you are a child of God, you are FREE!

As Christians we have an amazing freedom in Christ Jesus. Freedom from sin, freedom from the law, freedom from anxiety.

In this episode, our host shares pertinent scriptures to illustrate the freedom we have. He also shares a personal story about how God was in the details and in trusting God to take of those details, he was able to free himself from anxiety.

As believers, we often struggle to trust God’s presence when He feels silent or distant. So, how can we overcome uncertainty and the feeling that God is silent? How can we be strong and resolute when facing battles, fear, anxiety, or uncertainty?

During a traumatic event, the brain is primed to respond reflexively to ensure survival. But that same line of defense that keeps us safe can also keep clients trapped in cycles of traumatic memory. Trauma comes in many forms and the cycles of trauma can manifest in many ways.

In this episode, our host shares his own struggles with PTSD, as well as some practical tips to handle the resurgence of anxiety that may develop even after PTSD seems beaten.
