Cocky 🤡 or Confident 👑: The Difference is Context

The purpose of this episode is to highlight a piece of awareness we uncovered recently in our Leaders into Legends Men's Group call. 

The awareness is that CONFIDENCE is what is needed now more than ever. Confidence that YOU KNOW who you are, WHAT you stand for and WHY you stand for it.

With that said, this same confidence can at times be deemed as cockiness. 

CONTEXT is the great equalizer here. When someone is curious to learn, they will come to see what has led you to STANDING in your power and BEING confident.

This one is important to me because I work with great men every day who doubt themselves because of what other people have said or might say.
