How can you trust a CIA whistle blower who is stil

How can you trust a CIA whistle blower who is still alive? Yet the things Kevin Shipp says as far as I can research are all true. Many things he says there are no way to verify. So, with a grain of salt I have to reserve my trust to that I can validate.

If the CIA sent him out into the world to give disinformation or mislead our enemies there is now way to know which parts of this are those pieces. I can tell you that these shadow elite groups outside oversight of the U.S. are scary AF. Also, they don't kill anyone because the truth is, no matter what these whistleblowers tell it doesn't matter anymore. The CIA and the elites that run them are in full and complete control of every key asset in the world. How can anyone fight something with that kind of power?

Really, all this did is make me feel hopeless. Maybe that is the purpose. Maybe that is the psyop here.

One thing I can tell you for absolute, the world is being taken over by an elite. They infiltrated all of our governments around the world and with a coordinated attack using a bioweapon are destroying the middle class the world over financially, physically, socially and spiritually.
