Clare Donald

For this week's episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with my dear friend Clare Donald. She's sharp, empathic, and one of the most grounded people I've had the pleasure of working with. After a hugely successful career across production and operations, most recently as head of production at Publicis, she took a sabbatical in 2024 to pursue a long held passion for humanitarian work. She completed an MFC in International Disaster Management and Humanitarian Response at Manchester University, adding yet another string to her already impressive bow.

Now she's back, bringing fresh insight, big picture thinking, and a whole lot of heart to whatever comes next.
