So excited to have Jim Wall, Pastor of The Bridge Church in North Carolina and a dear friend of mine as today's guest. Today, we are talking about "Church Planting". Starting from scratch & growing to become a healthy and thriving church. For many of those who don't know me, I am the lead Pastor at Compassion Church in Dickson, TN. I also am a church leader and growth consultant to many churches across America. Discussing leadership & church growth is a passion of mine. I love seeing pastors & churches grow and become healthy thriving churches. 

Jim has planted over 100 churches. He has pastored & grown churches with an attendance of over 3500+ members. His current church Bridge Church is a large church in NC and has 4 locations. He’s a church planting coach and consultant and a close friend! Honored to have him on this episode.
