Chris Beltran is someone who I view as a person that pushes the boundaries of what one would call "thoughts" or even "ideas". He is someone who has a think outside of the box approach which is much needed in the society we live in today in order to push us to greater lengths. On this episode he openly delves into the types of experiences he's had in his life and how we as people can learn/do better from the situations we find ourselves involved in on a grand scale or in our day to day lives. These are the types of topics that should be openly discussed worldwide in my opinion.

If you want to hear more of what Chris has to share about his experiences on mental health or  him tackling important societal/personal topics, his podcast is out on Spotify/Apple Music/SoundCloud called: Hear Me Out by Chris Beltran and for sports debates, Heavily Contested by Chris Beltran and Matt Muina.

The video version of the podcast cuts off at around 30 minutes, but the rest is still up in audio!
